    Centre Manager

    I enjoy being able to support our tenants whilst they expand and flourish within Edwinstowe House. It doesn’t matter how small or big the task is, I’m always up for a challenge. I have worked here for 30 years and love being a part of a rewarding business community, no day is the same.

    I love spending time with family and friends, getting stuck into DIY projects, family holidays, and touring different places in the caravan.

    I am lucky to work with a great team on a daily basis in Edwinstowe House and each day brings something new. We have an array of tenants who I enjoy talking to and getting to know as well as other visitors we have who pass through our Reception Area.

    I especially enjoy building a rapport with the customers who book their meeting/training rooms with us. It is important that each customer and visitor has a positive experience during their visit and I pride myself on my attention to detail. Being local to the area I have seen Edwinstowe House flourish over the years and I am proud to be able to say that I am now part of its history.

    In my spare time I enjoy walking and spending time with my husband, meals out and weekends away.

    I joined the Woodhead Group to provide administration support. I enjoy the variety of tasks given to me on a daily basis as no day is ever the same. I love having chats with our tenants here at Edwinstowe House, learning about each tenants’ business and making them all smile. I work with a great team and I believe having a job you enjoy is the key to success.

    In my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends, weekends away and travelling.

    I am a team player and my role is to support my team and ensure they have the resources to serve our customers well. I’m always open to feedback and enjoy making improvements to our processes and to the services we provide.

    My favourite thing about working with all our great customers is the daily interactions we have. The laughter, and seeing their businesses grow and succeed, is very rewarding.

    I enjoy spending time with my family and as an amateur organist and composer I spend far too much time making noise in the home recording studio! Before joining Woodhead Enterprise I spent a decade in the British Army before transitioning to a career in Facilities Management.

    I am all about making it a stress-free experience for our customers! A satisfied customer should have their expectations not only met but surpassed.

    Literally no 2 days are the same. Looking after different customers with such varying needs keeps things interesting. I am lucky enough to work in a communication rich role, which basically allows me to talk to people as part of my job!

    I’m always on the go, whether that entails gym classes (for added moral support and of course social interaction) or honing my DIY skills. Aside from being a top 10 tea drinker and jacket potato lover, I secretly prefer to shop for kitchen gadgets and home accessories over a new dress anyday!
